Lets start with $NVDA
Growth is broadening beyond hyperscalers into sovereign AI, enterprises, and "physical AI" (robotics/AV via Jetson Thor, DRIVE Hyperion, GR00T). The Rubin platform roadmap and multiyear deals (Meta, AWS, Google Cloud) underpin the forward numbers.
Risks: customer concentration, custom ASIC competition, China export policy, and the financing-deal overhang.
Technical Analysis
Trend: Uptrend intact — price is +23% YTD and +27% over 1 year, and sits above the 50-day (222.9) and 200-day (202.2) averages, though it has slipped below the 20-day ($228.3) after the early-October reversal.
Momentum cooling: MACD (2.92) has crossed below its signal line (3.59); RSI ~54 is neutral — no oversold condition yet. The ~9% drop from the $243 high has been on declining volume, a constructive sign for the uptrend.
Key levels: Support at 217–222** (50-day MA + recent swing lows), then **212 (October low) and 203** (200-day MA). Resistance at **228–233, then the **239–243** all-time high zone. ATR of ~5.3 implies ~2.4% daily swings (beta 2.2).
Setup: A consolidation/flag between the 20-day and 50-day MAs. A reclaim of 233 would reopen the path to new highs; a break under217 targets 212/203.
Bottom Line
Fundamentally, NVIDIA is still compounding triple-digit data-center growth at 75% gross margins with a fortress balance sheet — and at ~14x forward earnings with a 0.5 PEG, valuation is far less demanding than in prior cycles. Technically, the stock is digesting a ~9% pullback from all-time highs within a healthy uptrend. The near-term swing factor is sentiment around AI capex (OpenAI revenue optics, hyperscaler spending), while the $500B financing structure is the main medium-term question mark. Consensus remains strongly bullish (~49% implied upside to the mean target), but expect elevated two-sided volatility around the next earnings report and any AI-spending headlines.
