10.14 Wednesday Morning Market Overview: BTC Long T1 Took 1,000 Points in Profit, Break-Even Stop-Loss Watching T2

BTC formed a bullish candle with upper and lower shadows this morning, as bulls and bears battled back and forth

Yesterday I mentioned that after BTC broke through and stabilized above 8.27 again, we could go long with the trend. T1 took 1,000 points in profit and exited, while T2 remains open with a break-even stop-loss and no pressure; the previous long at 8.27 was stopped out for a 1,000-point loss, and yesterday we earned back 1,000 points, just breaking even after losing fees and funding costs

Many friends have asked how I determine whether a breakout has stabilized. Let me briefly explain today
First, decide whether you are trading long-term, short-term, or intraday, then select the appropriate timeframe.
I switched to the 1H chart: after a pullback of four consecutive red candles, a large bullish candle surged upward, followed by a second bullish candle breaking through the resistance at 8.27. This gave an entry signal, and the third bullish candle holding above 8.27 again was the best opportunity to go long

In fact, you still need to practice more and develop your market feel by studying the charts. After enough exploration and observation, it will come naturally! Of course, stay alert for false breakouts and bull traps, so every trade must have a stop-loss

Michael Saylor said BTC has entered the early stage of a bull-market bottom and will soon return to 10W. Of course, I believe BTC will definitely return to 10W, but calling this the early stage of a bull-market bottom is a bit of a stretch. I will not comment and will only focus on the market information I see myself

BTC is rising on declining volume, with a divergence between price and volume. The market is moving somewhat sluggishly, making this the most testing moment for patience. Just continue holding the long with a break-even stop-loss; cancel the pending short at 8.44

Transaction fees are also a cost, but many people don’t factor them in, which can really hurt

The low-volume rise is indeed testing one’s patience, but I have reservations about calling this the bottom of the bull market

Consecutive bullish candles holding firm + third-candle confirmation—I’m taking this strategy, thanks for sharing

Canceling the short order at 8.44 is wise; chasing shorts at this level carries more risk than opportunity

This 1H four-red, one-bullish breakout signal is indeed classic, and this is how market intuition is honed

How long has Michael Saylor been calling for 100K... It’s still more reliable to just look at the candlestick chart

False breakouts that lure traders in are all too common, stop-losses are the lifeline, so don’t consider them a hassle
