If trading futures is gambling, then I bet you can't tell whether to close your long position or not, or whether to open a short, when this rebound reaches 84000.
I acknowledge that you went long at 80500, but I don't buy that you know exactly where to take profit on your long position after the rebound.
I don't believe that, when facing a resistance level, you can gamble on a long position won through gambling breaking through it. For example, you held on at 83500 yesterday; today there is resistance at 84000, and you're still betting it will break through. Tomorrow, if I give you 85150, you'll keep betting. Is that how futures are traded?

At 80,500, move the stop-loss to breakeven; sell half at 87,000 and take profit on the other half at 90,000. Why trade back and forth in the middle? Are you addicted? Even if it comes down, it doesn’t matter—you won’t lose anything, and you can wait for lower levels to trade and buy spot to reduce your risk
