The large bearish candle on Cold Dew slammed down to 2,406, after which price moved sideways between 2,470 and 2,520 for three days, with volume getting smaller and smaller, sitting right on the daily EMA50. Resistance is stacked overhead: the four-hour EMA50 is at 2,571, the four-hour EMA200 at 2,594, and the daily EMA20 at 2,596; the Cold Dew opening price of 2,573 is also in this area. A rebound to here means stopping upon seeing danger.
Strategy: Short in batches between 2,570 and 2,600, with a stop-loss at 2,660. If it breaks through, do not hold on. Target one is 2,410, target two is 2,360, and target three is 2,210. Close half at target one, then move the stop-loss on the remainder to breakeven.
Will Ethereum break the bottom of the range at 2,470 first, or go to 2,600 and hit its head first?
