Strategy Inc is scheduled to release its third-quarter financial results after U.S. markets close on October 29, 2026, followed by a live video webcast. The company is the largest corporate holder of Bitcoin, and the upcoming report will provide the most detailed look yet at how its treasury strategy performed during a quarter when the asset's price recovered from its mid-year lows.

The preliminary figures disclosed by the company give a sense of the scale involved. Strategy estimated a $20.91 billion gain on its digital assets for the quarter ending September 30, a reversal from the $8.32 billion unrealized loss it recorded in the prior quarter. The swing reflects the rise in Bitcoin's price over the period, and it carries a corresponding tax effect: the company reported a $4.12 billion deferred tax benefit tied to the recovery in valuations. These are unrealized gains, meaning they reflect the change in the market value of assets the company holds rather than cash generated from selling them. The figures are preliminary and have not been audited.

Strategy added 334 Bitcoin during the week ended October 4, spending approximately $28.7 million at an average price of $85,838.80 per coin. That purchase lifted its total holdings to 848,000 Bitcoin. The company funded the acquisition through a combination of at-the-market sales of its common stock and cash on hand, while also repurchasing preferred shares. The preferred stock buybacks have been a notable feature of its capital allocation in recent weeks, reflecting an effort to manage the cost of servicing those instruments while continuing to accumulate Bitcoin.

Wall Street's view of the stock remains divided. Benchmark analyst Mark Palmer reiterated a Buy rating with a $435 price target, a figure that sits well above the broader analyst consensus of around $230. Other institutions have placed Strategy in a group characterized by expensive fundamentals, reflecting concerns about the premium at which the stock trades relative to the value of its Bitcoin holdings and the costs associated with its capital-raising model. The debate centers on whether the company's approach of issuing equity and preferred stock to buy more Bitcoin creates durable value for shareholders or whether the dilution and funding costs erode that value over time.

The October 29 report will provide the next concrete data point for that debate. It will include the full quarterly financials, management's commentary on the treasury strategy, and the company's outlook for the remainder of the year. The results will be released after the market close, and the webcast is scheduled for later that evening.
