Gate Money — The Next Chapter of Gate

GATE MONEY OFFICIALLY LAUNCHES: GATE IS BUILDING MORE THAN AN EXCHANGE

What if the future of finance was not about choosing between a bank, broker, exchange and payment platform?

What if more of your money, assets and financial activity could live inside one connected ecosystem?

That is the idea Gate is bringing to the market with Gate Money.

On October 7 at TOKEN2049 Singapore, Gate Founder and CEO Dr. Han officially introduced Gate Money under the vision “One Gate, Everything Money.” Gate says the new platform connects digital assets, fiat currencies, stocks, ETFs, gold, banking, payments and asset management through a unified financial experience.

For me, this is not simply another product launch.

It is a statement about where Gate wants to go next.

GATE: 13 YEARS OF EVOLUTION

Founded in 2013 by Dr. Lin Han, Gate has grown alongside the digital asset industry instead of remaining locked into the business model of the past.

That is one of the things I respect most about Gate.

The crypto market has changed dramatically. Users once needed a simple place to buy and sell tokens.

Then came derivatives, earning products, broader investment opportunities, payment services and access to a wider range of financial assets.

Gate continued expanding with those changing expectations.

Today, Gate describes itself as a global financial platform serving more than 60 million users, with its ecosystem extending far beyond basic crypto trading.

Gate Money is the next logical step in that evolution.

FROM EXCHANGE TO FINANCIAL ECOSYSTEM

Traditional finance is fragmented.

Your bank handles cash.

Your broker handles stocks.

Another platform handles ETFs.

A crypto exchange handles digital assets.

Payment providers handle cross-border transfers.

Gate is now working toward connecting more of these functions within one ecosystem.

That is what makes Gate Money interesting.

The important innovation is not simply adding more products. It is creating a financial environment where different forms of value can interact more naturally.

Gate Money is designed to bring assets, funds and payments together, allowing users to manage multiple fiat currencies and digital assets through one account system.

Gate says the service can cover holding, receiving, transferring, paying, exchanging and earning across supported assets.

This is a much bigger ambition than simply building another exchange feature.

GATE'S GLOBAL VISION

The global opportunity is enormous.
People today work across countries, invest internationally, receive overseas payments and manage different currencies.

Yet financial infrastructure can still feel divided by borders.

Gate's direction is increasingly focused on making financial value more connected across markets.

That fits naturally with Gate's existing global crypto infrastructure.

And this is where Gate has an important advantage: it already understands digital assets, global liquidity, trading infrastructure and the needs of millions of crypto users.

Gate Money can build on that foundation instead of starting from scratch.

WHY GATE MONEY MATTERS

The strongest part of this story is that Gate is trying to make the platform useful beyond active trading.

A user may enter Gate because of Bitcoin.

They may stay because of trading.

But if that same user can eventually manage investments, access financial services, move money internationally and use supported assets for everyday financial activity, Gate becomes much more deeply integrated into their financial life.

That creates a stronger ecosystem.

And stronger ecosystems can create stronger long-term network effects.

This is why I believe Gate Money deserves attention.

GATE AND THE FUTURE OF GT
Now let's talk about GT.

I am constructive on GT's long-term fundamental story, but I would separate fundamentals from short-term price action.

Gate Money does not automatically mean GT must rise tomorrow.

Short-term GT price movement will still depend on Bitcoin, overall market liquidity, spot demand, derivatives positioning, macro conditions and risk sentiment.

But the fundamental picture is becoming increasingly interesting.

Gate recently completed another major GT burn in Q3 2026, removing approximately 1.99 million GT. Gate says total burned GT has now reached about 191.93 million, representing roughly 63.98% of the original supply. Gate also reported GT gains of 32.49% over 30 days and 63.63% over 90 days in its latest announcement.

This creates an important combination:

A growing Gate ecosystem.

A broader financial vision.

Continued GT supply reduction.

And increasing utility around the Gate ecosystem.

For me, those are much more meaningful than simply looking at one day's candle.

MY GT TRADING VIEW

From a trading perspective, I would not chase GT after a sharp breakout without confirmation.

The setup I want to see is simple.

First, GT needs to establish a clear resistance breakout.

Second, that breakout should be supported by strong spot volume.

Third, the previous resistance should hold as support during a retest.

If all three happen while Bitcoin remains structurally strong, the probability of continuation becomes much more attractive.

If GT moves higher on weak volume and immediately loses the breakout level, I would treat that as a warning of a possible false breakout.

So my approach is:

Structure first.

Volume second.

Liquidity third.

Bitcoin confirmation fourth.

Trade the confirmation, not the excitement.

THE GATE DIFFERENCE

What makes Gate stand out to me is its willingness to think beyond the current market cycle.

Gate has spent years building infrastructure for digital assets, but its ambition is clearly becoming broader.

The company is moving toward a world where crypto, traditional assets, payments and financial services can exist closer together.

That is a much larger market than crypto trading alone.

And this is why I do not see Gate Money as an isolated launch.

I see it as another piece of a much larger strategy.

Gate is building an ecosystem where users can potentially hold, trade, invest, transfer and use different forms of financial value through one connected platform.

That is the direction finance is moving toward.

AND THIS IS ONLY THE BEGINNING

The real test now is execution.
Can Gate expand Gate Money globally?

Can adoption grow beyond existing crypto users?

Can Gate maintain security, liquidity, reliability and a smooth user experience as the ecosystem becomes larger?

If the answer is yes, Gate Money could become an important pillar of Gate's next growth phase.

For GT holders, that makes the development worth watching closely.

Watch adoption.

Watch liquidity.

Watch ecosystem activity.

Watch GT supply reduction.

Watch new financial services.

And most importantly, watch whether Gate continues turning its vision into real usage.

MY FINAL VIEW

Gate started its journey by opening access to digital assets

Over the years, it built trading infrastructure, expanded its ecosystem and developed a global financial user base

Now Gate is taking another major step

Gate Money is about connecting money, assets and payments in a more unified financial experience

That is why the launch matters

Gate is not simply trying to build a bigger exchange

Gate is trying to build a bigger financial ecosystem

And if Gate executes that vision successfully, the opportunity could extend far beyond crypto trading

For GT, I remain fundamentally constructive while staying disciplined on short-term price action

The story is no longer only about what users can trade on Gate

It is increasingly about what users can do with their money on Gate

One Gate

Everything Money
