GM ☕ Big treasury headlines make people skip their homework, so today I'm showing my homework. Before I touch HYPE, I run a checklist. Here's the filled-in version, tick by tick.

✅ Is there a real buyer behind the story?
Yes. Another 1.9M HYPE added, which at today's price is roughly $170M of buying, and holdings are around 37M. A buyer that size keeps removing coins from the market. I respect that as a long-term floor.

⚠️ Is that buyer a guarantee?
No. A treasury can only keep buying while it can keep funding purchases, and one holder with this much supply is both a strength and a concentration risk. I treat it as a tailwind, never as protection.

❌ Is the short-term chart agreeing with the headline today?
Not yet, and I'd rather admit that than ignore it. On my 4H:

Price slipped under the 99 MA (91.16) and is now sitting right on the 50 MA (89.6)
The 94.79 resistance rejected price again, and that's the second push there that failed
RSI is about 47, so the energy has drained out of the move
MACD crossed down and the histogram is red
Volume on the way down is light, so it looks more like a cooling-off than panic selling

✅ Is the bigger structure still intact?
Yes. The 200 MA (87.4) is still rising and the purple support at 88.8 is sitting just above it. That 87.4 to 88.8 area is the zone that has held every dip since late September. As long as it holds, this is a pullback in an uptrend, not a trend change.

⚠️ Is there room before the next level?
Price is about 90.8, support is roughly 2 points below, and resistance is about 4 points above. That's a tight range, so any entry has to be precise or it's not worth it.

Today's hot topic: does HYPE defend 88.8 to 87.4? That one zone decides everything for me this week.

My plan (my own view, not advice):

Bounce long: 89.6 to 88.8
Stop loss: 4H close below 87.0 (just under the 200 MA)
TP1: 91.2, mostly to lock in and move my stop to breakeven
TP2: 94.8
Reclaim version: a 4H close back above 91.16 would flip the short-term picture, then I'd look at 94.8 and later the September high near 98
If 87.4 breaks: the idea is dead. I step aside, or short a weak bounce toward 85, then 80, with a stop above 89.5

I'll be honest about the math: TP1 is a small win, TP2 is the real reward, roughly 2R from an entry near 89.3. That's good, not amazing, which is exactly why I only take it at the zone and never in the middle.

My check-in
Calm, light positions, spot HYPE untouched, and no urge to chase. Headlines are loud, but charts decide my entries.

Verdict on the checklist: long-term thesis ✅, today's chart ⚠️. That means patience, not action.
