GM everyone ☕ Coffee is in, charts are open, brain is at about 70%. Let me load this morning in three steps.

Loading 1/3: what I'm watching today

The market is in "wait and see" mode and I'm trying not to force anything. My eyes are on two things: how BTC behaves around the top of its recent range, and whether the alts actually follow or just wick and fade. When BTC hesitates, most alts hesitate harder. So until BTC picks a direction with real volume, I treat everything else as noise.

The bigger backdrop is the Fed, with the late-October meeting getting closer. That's the kind of event that makes price chop in both directions before it, so I'd rather be patient than get chopped up for no reason.

Loading 2/3: my review and plan

Quick honest review of how I've been trading lately: my best trades were the ones where I waited for price to come to my level. My worst ones were the ones where I felt late and chased. Every time, the loss wasn't the analysis, it was the timing and the emotion.

So today's plan is boring on purpose: orders at levels, small size, low leverage, stops placed before I enter, not after. If nothing triggers, I do nothing, and that's a valid trade too.

Loading 3/3: current status

Mood: calm, slightly cautious. Positions: not oversized, nothing I'd panic about if price moved against me for a few hours. Spot bags are untouched, futures are light. I'm in "protect first, profit second" mode today.

About the One Gate Witness thing

I saw the program everyone is talking about, built around holding freely, paying on the go and trading anytime. I'm only going to judge it from my own side, which is trading. For a futures trader, the "trade anytime" idea is the only part that really matters: being able to move quickly when a setup shows up, without friction slowing me down. A lot of my missed entries in the past weren't about being wrong, they were about being late. So anything that makes access faster is useful for me, but I'd still say the same thing about any setup: the tools don't make you profitable, discipline does.

I'm not going to pretend a program changes my results. My edge is still my plan, my risk, and my patience. The tools just help me execute.

So, what do I load first today?
Patience. Everything else can load after that.

What about you? Which one are you loading first this morning, a trade idea, a plan, or just coffee? ☕
