There is a difference between hearing about a milestone and actually being present when it happens.

I joined Gate in 2022, and at that time I never imagined that a simple first DOGE trade would eventually lead me into a much bigger journey involving trading, market analysis, streaming and content creation. Back then, I was mainly focused on finding opportunities. Over time, I learned that trading is much more than finding an entry. Risk management, patience, understanding market structure and controlling emotions became just as important as the trade itself.

That experience also changed the way I create content. When you start explaining a market idea to other people, you have to understand your own reasoning much more clearly. You cannot simply talk about price moving up or down. You need to explain the setup, the conditions behind it, what could invalidate the idea and what risks are involved. For me, that transition from trader to analyst and creator has been one of the most meaningful parts of my journey on Gate.

That is why the One Gate Witness Program caught my attention. Gate is marking another stage of its 13-year journey through the idea of “One Gate, Borderless Finance,” while giving its community a chance to participate in that moment rather than simply reading about it afterward.

The campaign is built around three themes: Hold Freely, Pay on the Go and Trade Anytime. Each theme represents a different way users can interact with the broader Gate ecosystem. More importantly, participation does not require users to make a deposit or place a trade just to become a witness.

The process is relatively straightforward. During the campaign period, users can log in, select a topic, complete the required sharing activity through the designated channel and, after successful verification, receive their witness number. The campaign runs from September 30, 2026 at 12:00 UTC+8 until October 15, 2026 at 12:00 UTC+8, so the timing matters if you want to participate.

There is also an interesting numerical element to the campaign. Certain witness numbers — 1, 11, 111, 1,111, 11,111 and 111,111 — are designated as special numbers. Depending on the specific number and campaign rules, additional rewards can include 100 GT, F1 race tickets and driver-signed merchandise. The important point is that these rewards are tied to the campaign's eligibility and verification rules, so participation should be completed correctly rather than simply assuming that a share automatically qualifies.

There are a few practical details worth knowing before participating. Users need to be logged in and complete the required identity verification, while some account types or regions may not be eligible. The sharing activity also needs to be completed through the designated channels during the campaign period and successfully verified. Special-number rewards are subject to the official campaign rules and eligibility review.

For me, though, the campaign represents something beyond the rewards.

When I look back at 2022, I see someone who was simply trying to understand the market. Today, I have a completely different relationship with trading. I have learned to wait for better setups, respect invalidation, manage risk and accept that not every market movement needs to become a position.

The same evolution happened outside the charts.

Trading led me to analysis. Analysis led me to content. Content led me to streaming. And each stage taught me something that the previous stage could not.

That is why I think the word “witness” fits this campaign particularly well.

A witness is not necessarily the person who creates the event. It is the person who is present when the moment happens and can later say, I was there.

Gate has its 13-year story.

I have my story since 2022.

And somewhere between those two timelines are thousands of users with their own first trade, first withdrawal, first successful analysis, first stream, first piece of content or first important lesson from the market.

That is what makes a community interesting. Everyone experiences the same ecosystem from a different starting point.

So if you are participating in the One Gate Witness Program, don't look at it only as another campaign with rewards. Look at it as a small record of where you were during another chapter of Gate's journey.

Choose your moment. Complete the valid share. Receive your witness number. And if your number happens to be one of the special ones, that's an extra part of the story.

For me, the biggest reminder is simple:

My first DOGE trade in 2022 was only a beginning.

I didn't know then where that first trade would take me.

Now I get to witness another chapter while continuing to build my own.
