Request to Gate Team for Account Review

Dear Gate Team,

I have been working on Gate for the past four years, and during this time I have consistently worked hard to contribute to the Gate community.

My profile currently has 195,050 likes, 11,718 shares, and 3,872 flowers, and I have also been a Top 3 creator on Gate.

However, for the past three months, I have been sidelined and unable to participate normally in Gate creator activities and events. I have contacted Gate Support many times, but unfortunately, I have not received a clear and consistent explanation or a proper solution.

One of the explanations I previously received was related to subaccounts/account switching.

Later, I was told that my account had been placed under security risk control by the system and that the restriction would automatically be removed. These different explanations have made the situation very confusing for me.

I checked it as instructed, but it showed 0/10, which made me even more confused about what exactly is causing the restriction. If the issue is related to subaccounts, account switching, or security risk control, I respectfully request Gate to clearly explain the specific reason and what action I need to take.

I have now been dealing with this issue for around three months.

During this entire period, I have continued trying to work and post on Gate, but I am still unable to participate normally in creator events and activities.

I also contacted Gate Floria Support and politely requested to speak with a supervisor so that I could properly explain my situation. Unfortunately, despite communicating with support for around two hours and repeatedly requesting a supervisor, I was not able to speak with one.

I respectfully request the Gate team to improve communication in cases like this. If there is a genuine issue with my account or subaccount activity, please clearly explain what caused the restriction. If I made any mistake, I sincerely apologize and I am willing to correct it and make sure it does not happen again.

I have spent four years building my presence and contributing to the Gate community. My 195,050 likes, 11,718 shares, 3,872 flowers, and previous Top 3 creator performance represent a significant amount of time and effort invested into the platform.

Gate is a major platform with a large global community, and I believe long-term users and creators who have contributed to the platform for years should receive proper guidance and support when they face account-related issues.

I respectfully request the senior Gate team to manually review my account and investigate the exact reason for the restriction. If there is no valid reason for the restriction to remain, please remove the security risk control and restore my ability to participate normally in Gate creator activities and events.

I also sincerely apologize if I have made any mistake in the past. I am willing to cooperate fully with Gate and follow all rules and requirements going forward.

Please kindly review my account and help me resolve this issue. I genuinely want to continue working on Gate and contributing positively to the community.
