$LINK — THE QUESTION IS CHANGING

At this point, I’m less interested in another Chainlink partnership announcement. Swift, banks, and real-world assets are all significant developments, but one question still matters:

As Chainlink’s business grows, how much value actually flows back to the LINK token?

THE PART I’M WATCHING

Recently, my attention has shifted toward Reserve.

Through Payment Abstraction, part of Chainlink’s service revenue can be converted into LINK and directed toward Reserve.

That changes the value-capture narrative.

BEFORE

Chainlink adoption grows → Chainlink business grows.

THE NEW POSSIBILITY

Chainlink adoption grows → protocol revenue increases → LINK is acquired.

WHAT MATTERS NEXT

I’m watching two metrics closely:

Reserve growth.

Protocol revenue growth.

If both continue expanding together, the conversation around LINK could gradually shift from simply being an adoption story toward a more direct value-capture model.

For me, that is more interesting than counting the next ten partnership announcements.

The real question is no longer just who is partnering with Chainlink.

It is whether Chainlink’s growing business can translate into measurable demand for LINK.
