GT Breaks Above $11, Now Up 40% in a Month, Here's How I'm Reading This Move

GT clearing $11 is not a random pump. Looking at both the reported numbers and the chart structure, this move has been building in stages, and it is worth breaking down properly rather than just celebrating the headline percentage.

Current situation

GT is trading around 11.23, up about 4.08 percent on the day, with a 24 hour high of 11.23 and a low of 10.76. According to the available data, the token is up 40.15 percent over the past 30 days and 67.38 percent over the past 90 days. Volume over 24 hours came in at roughly 87.5K GT, with turnover near 961.95K USDT. That's a steady climb, not a single day spike, which tells me this has been demand building over weeks rather than one headline event.

What happened, based on the chart

Zooming out on the multi year chart, GT's history shows a clear cycle. It broke out from under a dollar back in 2021, built a base, then rallied hard into a major high near 25.96 through the 2024 to 2025 period. After that peak, price rolled over into a long correction, cutting all the way back down through several demand zones and eventually finding buyers again in the 10 to 11 area, which is the same zone price is trading in right now.

That 10 to 11 region lines up with what's marked on the chart as a demand or order block, meaning it's an area where buyers have previously stepped in with size before. The recent breakout above 11 is happening right at the edge of that same zone, with a shift in short term structure visible on the chart as price starts printing higher lows again after months of lower highs.

Important price levels

To the downside, the 10 to 10.76 area is the immediate zone to watch, since that's roughly where this recent leg up started. Below that, the broader demand zone stretches down toward the 7 to 8.5 region, which was a prior breakout zone from earlier cycles.

To the upside, the next real resistance sits around 12.48 to 12.76, marked as a key level and prior breakout point on the chart. That level has acted as a ceiling before, going back to an earlier cycle high, so it is a logical first target if this move keeps extending.

Technical structure

What stands out to me on this chart is the change in character after the long downtrend from the 25.96 high. Price spent a long stretch making lower highs after that peak, then recently flipped that pattern by breaking above a short term high, which shifted the structure from bearish to neutral to now cautiously bullish. Reclaiming 10 and now clearing 11 confirms buyers are back in control of the short term trend, at least for now.

The moving averages on the chart are also starting to compress and curl upward together, which usually happens after a base has formed and momentum is starting to shift. That doesn't guarantee continuation, but it does support the idea that this isn't just a wick, it's an actual trend change attempt.

Bullish scenario

If GT holds above the 10.76 to 11 zone on any pullback and continues printing higher lows, the next logical move is a test of the 12.48 to 12.76 key level. A clean break and daily close above that zone would put GT back into territory it hasn't traded in for a while, and would likely attract more attention given the ecosystem growth narrative behind it.

Bearish scenario

This is still happening inside a much larger corrective structure from the 25.96 high, so I'm not treating this as a guaranteed trend reversal yet. If GT loses the 10.76 area and closes back below 10, that would put the recent breakout in question and could open the door back toward the lower demand zone in the 7 to 8.5 range. A 40 percent move in 30 days can also attract quick profit taking, so a sharp pullback after this kind of run wouldn't be unusual.

My take, entry and plan

I'm treating the current 10.76 to 11 area as the level that needs to hold for this breakout to stay valid. My own plan is to watch for a retest of this zone as support rather than chasing the move further here, since price is already extended after a 40 percent monthly gain. If a retest holds and structure stays bullish, I'd look at the 12.48 to 12.76 key level as the first realistic target zone. If price loses 10.76 and closes below 10, I'd step back and reassess rather than assume the trend is still intact.

I'm not treating this as a straight line move. The bigger picture still shows GT well off its highs, so I see this as an early stage recovery attempt worth watching closely, not a confirmed new uptrend yet.

What traders should watch

Whether GT can hold above 10.76 on the next pullback, volume behavior as price approaches the 12.48 key level, and whether the broader ecosystem growth narrative keeps attracting fresh volume rather than this being a short covering bounce.

Risks

A 40 percent move in a month can reverse quickly if broader market sentiment shifts. This is still inside a long term corrective structure from the 2024 to 2025 highs, so treating this as a confirmed trend reversal too early is a real risk. Liquidity also matters here, so size and volume should be watched closely before assuming any breakout will hold.

My overall view

I like that this move has structure behind it rather than being a single day spike, and the reclaim of the 10 to 11 zone lines up with a logical demand area on the chart. But I want to see this level defended on a pullback before treating it as confirmed strength rather than just a bounce inside a longer correction.

Are you holding through this move already, or waiting for a pullback into the 10.76 to 11 zone before adding?
