Many people’s first reaction to a rally like this is to chase the price, but my view is that a pullback and confirmation after breaking through a key moving average offers the best risk-reward entry point.

My strategy: After DOGE pulls back to the $0.093-$0.095 range, I will build a long position in batches, with a stop-loss at $0.085. This stop-loss level was not chosen arbitrarily—it corresponds to the lower boundary of the breakout range. If the price falls below it, that indicates the breakout was false, and I must exit unconditionally.

Take-profit logic: The first target is $0.115-$0.12, the previous-high resistance zone. Once that target is reached, I will first reduce half of the position to lock in profits. I will use a trailing take-profit for the remaining position and target a second objective above $0.13.

Position discipline: Keep contract leverage at no more than 3x. For a meme coin like DOGE, which ranks among the most volatile, 5-8% wicks in a single candle are commonplace, while a 10x contract can be wiped out instantly by a wick in the opposite direction. DOGE and other high-volatility meme coins should account for no more than 30% of the total contract position, with the remainder allocated to BTC/ETH as core holdings for hedging.

Some people believe that one should stay on the sidelines during a pullback. My view is that pullbacks should indeed be respected, but that does not mean avoiding them—it means placing entries more precisely and keeping position sizes more restrained. Being bullish does not mean chasing the price; timing matters more than direction.
