#Share My Holding Returns
PUMP USDT LONG TRADE PLAN
I have taken a long position on PUMP USDT at 0.004250 on the 1H chart. My reason for taking this trade is the reaction around the current support area and the fact that price is still holding above the major moving averages on my chart.
PUMP made a strong move from the 0.003912 area and pushed up toward 0.004518. After that move sellers started taking control and price pulled back. Instead of immediately breaking the whole recovery structure, price is now trying to stabilize around the 0.00420 to 0.00425 area.
This is the area where I decided to take my long entry.
My entry is 0.004250.
The first thing I am watching is the EMA structure. The 50 EMA is around 0.004249, the 99 EMA is around 0.004154 and the 200 EMA is around 0.004049. Price is currently holding above these levels, which gives the current recovery structure some support.
The 99 EMA around 0.004154 is especially important for my trade. If buyers continue defending this area, I want to see PUMP move back toward the recent resistance. If price loses this level with strong selling pressure, the setup becomes weaker and I will not want to keep holding simply because I have already entered.
My first target is 0.004396.
This is the first important resistance area visible on the chart. If PUMP reaches this level, I would expect some selling or profit taking because price has already reacted around this region.
My second target is 0.004518.
This is the recent high on the chart and is the most important level for the continuation setup. A clean move back to this level would show that buyers have recovered a large part of the previous rejection.
My third target is 0.004650.
I will only look for this extension if PUMP breaks above 0.004518 with strong momentum and volume. I do not consider 0.004650 guaranteed. It depends completely on how price reacts after the previous high is taken.
My stop loss is 0.004000.
This level is important because it sits below the major moving average structure and below the nearby support area. If price breaks down toward this level and starts closing below the 200 EMA around 0.004049, the reason for my long trade becomes much weaker.
The risk to reward structure is also something I am watching. From my 0.004250 entry, the first target is around 3.4 percent higher, the second target is around 6.3 percent higher and the third target is around 9.4 percent higher. The stop at 0.004000 represents around 5.9 percent downside from entry.
Because this is a Meme market, I am not planning to use an oversized position. The goal is to control the downside first and then allow the trade to develop if buyers actually return.
The RSI on my chart is around 47, which tells me the market is not heavily overbought at the current level. This leaves room for momentum to improve, but RSI by itself is not enough confirmation for me.
MACD is also important here. The previous bearish momentum has started to slow down, but I want to see the MACD improve together with price action and volume. If price moves higher while volume remains weak, I will stay cautious because that can lead to another rejection.
Volume is another confirmation I am looking for. PUMP already showed strong volume during the previous move, so if buyers want to challenge 0.004396 and then 0.004518 again, I want to see renewed buying activity instead of a slow move with declining volume.
My trade management is simple.
Entry 0.004250
Target 1 0.004396
Target 2 0.004518
Target 3 0.004650
Stop loss 0.004000
The main level I am watching below the entry is 0.004154. Holding this area would keep the short term recovery structure interesting. Losing it would increase the chance of a deeper pullback toward the 0.004049 area and possibly lower.
Above the entry, 0.004396 is the first level that needs to be reclaimed. If PUMP breaks that level with strength, my attention moves to 0.004518. A breakout above the previous high would then open the possibility of a move toward 0.004650.
I am not going to chase the market if the setup changes. My trade idea is based on buyers defending the current structure, holding the important moving averages and eventually reclaiming the recent resistance.
If the market respects these levels, I will manage the position toward the targets. If the support structure fails, I will respect the stop loss and accept that the setup was invalidated.
For me, the most important part of this trade is not simply reaching a target. It is seeing whether PUMP can turn the current pullback into another bullish continuation.
This is my current PUMP trade plan and I will be watching price action, volume and momentum closely from here.
What do you think about PUMP at 0.004250? Can buyers reclaim 0.004396 and challenge the previous high at 0.004518?
