#GateTrenchesExclusive0GasTrading

A new ecosystem is live, and this time I’m not looking at it just because it is new. I’m looking at how easy it has become for traders to actually explore it.

Circle’s Arc mainnet is officially live, bringing a new blockchain built around stablecoin-native financial activity, fast settlement and onchain markets. What makes the launch more interesting from a trader’s perspective is that Gate has already integrated Arc across its Web3 ecosystem, including Gate Wallet, Gate Trenches and on-chain market data. That means users don’t have to treat Arc as something completely separate from their existing trading workflow.

The part I personally find most interesting is Gate Trenches’ exclusive 0-gas trading support for Arc ecosystem assets. For someone who is new to onchain trading, gas fees can be one of the first things that makes the experience confusing. You need to understand which network you are using, which asset is required for fees and how much a transaction might cost. With Arc using USDC as its native gas asset, the network itself is already designed to make the process more straightforward, and Gate’s 0-gas trading support removes another layer of friction when exploring eligible Arc assets.

For a new trader, I think this is where the integration becomes practical. You don't have to jump into an unfamiliar ecosystem blindly. You can open Gate Trenches, discover Arc ecosystem assets, check the available market information, watch liquidity and volume, and then decide whether something is actually worth your attention. The goal should not be to chase the first token that moves. A new ecosystem always comes with excitement, but the real opportunities are usually easier to identify when you first understand what is being built and where genuine activity is developing.

Arc itself is also bigger than simply another chain for token trading. Circle describes Arc as a Layer-1 designed for financial applications, including payments, foreign exchange, lending, trading and tokenized assets. The network is EVM-compatible and designed around fast, predictable settlement, while USDC serves as the native gas asset. Circle also announced more than 100 applications and ecosystem builders around the mainnet launch, showing that the network is targeting a broader financial ecosystem rather than just short-term token speculation.

That makes the Gate integration especially interesting to me. A blockchain can have strong technology and plenty of attention, but traders still need convenient access to markets, reliable information and simple ways to discover assets. Gate is bringing those pieces together through Wallet, Trenches and on-chain market data. Instead of making users search through different platforms just to understand what is happening, the integration gives Gate users a more direct starting point for exploring Arc.

And I think this is particularly useful for people who are still learning Web3 trading. You don't need to start with a large position. You don't need to trade every new asset you see. You can simply explore the ecosystem, learn how Arc works, follow the assets getting real attention, compare liquidity, observe price action and gradually understand where the market is actually moving. That learning process is much more valuable than blindly following launch-day hype.

There is also an important difference between access and opportunity. Gate making Arc assets easier to access does not mean every asset will perform well. New tokens can be extremely volatile, liquidity can change quickly and early market activity can be driven by speculation. So I would still approach every trade with risk management. 0-gas trading can reduce one trading cost, but it does not remove market risk, slippage or the possibility of losing money.

For existing Gate traders, though, this gives another ecosystem to keep on the radar. For new users, it offers a relatively simple entry point into Arc without having to figure out every part of the ecosystem from scratch. And for traders who are already active in Web3, the combination of Arc asset discovery, market data and Gate’s trading infrastructure creates another place to look for developing narratives and liquidity.

What I want to watch now is not simply which Arc asset gets the biggest launch-day move. I’m more interested in which projects can actually attract users, maintain liquidity and generate sustained trading activity after the initial excitement fades. That is where a new ecosystem starts separating real adoption from temporary attention.

For me, the timing is interesting. Arc is live, the ecosystem is beginning to open up, and Gate is already giving its users a way to explore it through Trenches with exclusive 0-gas trading support. That lowers the barrier to trying something new while still leaving the most important part in the trader’s hands: doing the research before taking a position.

So if you’re new to Arc, don't start with the question, “What will pump?” Start with “What is actually being built, where is the liquidity, and which assets are people really using?” That mindset can make a big difference when entering a fresh ecosystem.

Arc is live. Gate Trenches is already there. Now I’m watching which Arc projects can turn launch attention into real users, real liquidity and real trading activity.

For anyone who has been waiting for an easier way to explore the Arc ecosystem, this is probably the time to start looking — not blindly chasing trades, but discovering what is actually happening onchain.
