Circle's Arc mainnet went live today, with approximately $82 million in 24-hour DEX trading volume on-chain. The tokens with the highest trading volume and that can relatively be considered "application-focused" are mainly several launchpad platform tokens, rather than pure meme coins. Ranked roughly by today's trading volume, here are the reasons for choosing them and the current sentiment.
1、 $ARGUS
Today's volume: approximately $25.18 million (ARGUS/USDC ranked first) Market cap: peaked at approximately $35 million, then fell back to around $23–31 million.
Why choose it
ArgusPad is currently one of the most active launchpads on Arc, integrating token launches, full-chain scanning, and a market dashboard. Tokens go directly into Uniswap pools, with LP permanently locked. The platform charges approximately 10% in fees, most of which is used to buy back and burn $ARGUS; approximately 4.3% has been burned so far. It is not a pure narrative coin, but directly collects fees from the core mainnet-day use case of "token launches + trading."
The sentiment is hottest, and it is most widely regarded as the "on-chain status symbol." Trading volume and launch numbers surged on the mainnet launch day, and the community views ARGUS as the frontrunner in the launchpad battle. At the same time, volatility is extremely high; copycat Rugs have already appeared, with FOMO and caution coexisting.
2、$TOLLY
Today's volume: approximately $10.56 million (second)
Market cap: peaked at approximately $25 million, then fell back to around $13–16 million
Why choose it
Tolly is also a launchpad platform token. Its mechanism leans more toward "directly locking funds into USDC pools, with no bonding curve," while fees are distributed among creators, holder rewards, the protocol, and buybacks and burns. Approximately 4.5% has been burned. On the product side, it is often praised for offering a cleaner experience, making it an application-focused asset that competes directly with ARGUS.
The sentiment views it as ARGUS's direct rival. Some believe its UX is better and its mechanism clearer; others think its trading volume and depth still lag well behind the leader. Overall, it is "the second-place project with a solid base": interest remains high, but it has already retreated from its peak.
3. $LONG
Today's volume: several million dollars in total (LONG/USDC + LONG/CRCL)
Market cap: peaked at approximately $17 million, then fell back to the $5–12 million range
Why choose it
Longsupply is positioned as more than just a meme launchpad: it also maps stock tokens such as CRCL to Arc through a self-built custodial bridge, then uses these assets as trading pairs for token launches. This is more closely aligned with Arc's "stablecoins + RWA/financial markets" narrative, making it more application-focused than pure meme coins. However, note that there is currently no mandatory buyback-and-burn mechanism; the bridge uses a custodial model, and redemption capacity depends on the project team.
The narrative has the clearest division in sentiment. Supporters believe it captures the dual narratives of "tokenized stocks + launchpad"; detractors focus on concentrated holdings, custodial bridge risks, and earlier shilling controversies. It has attention, but lower trust than ARGUS/TOLLY.
To sum up today's market sentiment
The application-focused tokens with real volume on the first day of the mainnet are almost all launchpad platform tokens. Capital is betting on who can become the Pumpfun / PONS on this chain. ARGUS currently has the largest volume and clearest burn narrative; TOLLY is the second-place choice for user experience; LONG has a differentiated narrative (stock mapping), but also the most controversy. Pure memes such as COOL, Minara, and various cats and dogs also have volume. The mainnet has just launched, copycats are abundant, and volatility is extremely high, so be sure to manage your funds and position sizes carefully$ARGUS
