$LINK is almost completely flat around $10.982.

That places price right beneath the psychological $11 level.
A clean reclaim could wake momentum back up.
Until then, this is a waiting zone.

#CLARITYActFailsToPass Is Actually Bullish for Decentralized Oracles? The More Ambiguous the Regulation, the More Inelastic the Demand for On-Chain Data. Over the Long Term, the $LINK Thesis Remains Intact; in the Short Term, It’s Just Missing a Catalyst.

The CLARITY bill failed to pass, and regulatory uncertainty remains. Could an infrastructure coin like $LINK actually benefit instead? The logic is a bit convoluted, but I’m willing to make a small bet.

It’s moving sideways below the psychological $11 level; a reclaim could indeed trigger a wave of FOMO, but the current volume looks more like institutions quietly accumulating than retail charging in.

No one dares move big money before the Fed decision, right? $LINK ’s price action is a microcosm of the broader market—wait for Powell to speak before deciding whether to go long or short.

$LINK has been grinding around $11 for too long. At this level, it either breaks through or makes a false breakout to trap traders. I’ve cut my position in half and will wait for the direction to emerge before chasing.

Being this flat means the weak hands have mostly been shaken out. It’s either going to break out with volume or dump with volume; the longer it trades sideways, the more violent the eventual move will be. I set stop-loss orders on both sides and went to sleep.
