#GateUSExpandsTo37StateLicenses Gate US Reaches 37 State Licenses

Gate US continues to expand its regulatory footprint across the United States, reaching another important milestone with 37 state Money Transmitter Licenses.
The latest development came on September 14, when Gate US secured a Money Transmitter License from the Massachusetts Division of Banks. This brings the total number of state level Money Transmitter Licenses held by Gate US to 37, while the platform now serves customers across 47 U.S. states and territories.
For a digital asset platform operating in a highly regulated market, regulatory infrastructure is an important part of building long term operations. Gate US says the Massachusetts approval followed requirements covering financial condition, compliance controls and operational standards.
The expansion also reflects a broader focus on strengthening compliance systems, internal controls, risk management and operational capabilities. Gate US has established compliance frameworks across multiple key jurisdictions, including Massachusetts, Florida, Illinois, Ohio and Pennsylvania.
The U.S. market remains an important part of the evolving digital asset landscape. As regulation develops state by state, platforms operating in this environment need to continuously adapt their compliance structures while maintaining secure and transparent services.
Gate US says it will continue expanding its regulatory footprint across key markets and investing in compliance infrastructure, technology and operational capabilities.
37 state licenses is more than a number. It represents continued progress in building a broader regulatory foundation for digital asset services in the United States.
The crypto industry is moving toward a more structured environment, and regulatory development will remain an important part of that transition.
