Will the Clarity Act pass tonight?
My view is that it will most likely pass.
From a broader perspective, the Republican and Democratic parties have various disagreements, but! Their disagreements are ultimately aimed at making the US better and better. That is their common goal.
This is very important. We need to take a broad view and see the essence clearly. The two parties have disagreements, but they are working toward the same goal.
At present, traditional US capital has reached the end of the road. Can the traditional internet continue to support it? We can think about this: under the current circumstances, if they do not seek breakthroughs or find new trends, and cannot make the pie bigger and bigger, will things get better, or will they face a collapse?
The current crypto market is the breakthrough point for a capitalist country like the United States. This is the broader trend.
On the other hand, Trump is about to face the midterm elections. One of Trump's major sources of support when he took office was the crypto community, and the midterm elections likewise cannot do without its support.
The question now is, if Trump does not deliver some results, why would people in the crypto community support him?
Therefore, from the broader and overall perspective, the two parties will not let their disagreements delay America's future direction. At the local level, Trump needs the support of the crypto community.
These two points are enough to show that passing the Clarity Act is the broader trend, and the broader trend cannot be resisted.
If it passes, could the bullish news turn bearish once realized?
Why does such a question arise? This is important and must be considered.
Are you fully out of the market and, after the recent rise, waiting for another drop?
Are you bearish, subjectively believing that there will be another major drop in October and November, and therefore thinking that the bullish news will turn bearish once realized?
Are you afraid, worried that the market will continue rising after the act takes effect and that you will miss out?
The Clarity Act is like the securities law in the stock market back then. With a securities law in place, the market became legal and compliant, allowing more capable participants to enter.
In the past, crypto was a small circle, misunderstood as a scam by many people who did not understand it.
But when the world's largest country passes the Clarity Act, it means that the crypto market has gained recognition from global capital, and highly risk-conscious capital will enter.
So, is such bullish news short-term or long-term?
After the vote, there may be volatility over the next few hours or days. Short-term volatility is emotional, but emotions cannot change the trend.
If the vote passes tonight but the market pulls back, does that mean the bullish news is over?
If it rises, does that mean it will keep rising forever without turning back?
Neither is true. Short-term market conditions are volatile. Only by clearly understanding whether this news is short-term or long-term can you decide whether to take a long-term view, so you need to fully understand what this act represents and study and analyze it in depth!$BTC
