I had the chart open on one screen and mooncake wrappers piling up on the desk next to me, half watching the candles, half thinking about how fast this year has moved.

$ORDI is trading at 4.193 USDT right now on the Gate daily chart, up 4.23 percent today after opening at 4.027, with a high of 4.217 and a low of 4.020. Zoom out on this one and the story gets more interesting than today's green candle. Back in April, ORDI spiked violently toward 11, then spent the following months grinding all the way back down to around 3.5, and since June it has basically been trapped in a tight box between roughly 3.5 and 5.5, testing the top of that range and getting rejected each time.
That's the part I'm actually watching. A token that repeatedly fails at the same resistance isn't weak, it's building a level. Every rejection adds data, and eventually either the sellers run out or the buyers do. Today's move is pushing back toward the upper half of that box again, not breaking it yet, just testing it one more time.
I'm not predicting a breakout here, I'm just noting that ranges this long usually end with a sharper move than people expect, in either direction. Patience before conviction.
Kind of fitting for Mid Autumn honestly, watching something circle the same point for months waiting for it to finally commit to a direction. Is anyone else watching ORDI's range here, or are you staying out until it actually breaks one side?

ORDI has been moving sideways in the 3.5–5.5 range for nearly four months. Every push to the top gets sold back down, and most of the weak hands have been shaken out. There’s no harm in chasing after the direction becomes clear—why rush now?

This choppy grind is more hard to swallow than mooncakes, but the end of the range really does warrant close attention.
