Why is XRP holding 1.3964 when the daily trend says range and the 1h ATR screams volatility?

$XRP /USDT - SHORT

Trade Plan:
Entry: 1.3933 – 1.3995
SL: 1.4259
TP1: 1.3743
TP2: 1.3595
TP3: 1.3374

Why this setup?
Why now? The 1h price is pinned at 1.3964 inside a narrow range on the daily chart, and the 15m RSI is at 58.89, meaning momentum is neither overbought nor oversold, which often precedes a sharp directional move. The 1h ATR of 0.012292 shows that even small breaks from this level can cause outsized swings, so a short entry at 1.3964 is positioned to catch a move toward TP1 at 1.3743 and TP2 at 1.3595 if the range breaks down. The daily range bias confirms that 1.3964 is not just a random level but a structural boundary where sellers have historically stepped in. However, this setup only works if price respects the line in the sand at 1.3881, because a close above that invalidates the entire short thesis and flips the bias to long, targeting 1.4185 and 1.4333 instead.

Debate:
Are we about to test TP2 at 1.3595 or is 1.3881 about to blow up this short setup?
