Ether
In the short term, I believe Ether may outperform Bitcoin and remain bullish
The main reasons are as follows
(1) Large ETF inflows
Since August, spot Ether ETFs have recorded cumulative net inflows of $2.161 billion
During the same period, spot Bitcoin ETFs saw net inflows of $3.846 billion
Bitcoin's market cap is approximately five times that of Ether. Based on market cap proportions, Ethereum's capital inflow is clearly stronger
(2) The narrative of on-chain financial infrastructure
A large amount of assets and settlement activity involving stablecoins, RWA, DeFi, and more still revolves around Ether and its L2s
For institutions, buying Ethereum is also equivalent to betting on the settlement layer of future on-chain finance
(3) The CLARITY Act
As we mentioned before, the CLARITY Act mainly gives projects an opportunity to legally presell and issue tokens under clear rules
Once this path is opened, Ether and L2s will most likely still be the first destinations for projects and capital
Ethereum is poised to benefit from on-chain financing and asset issuance, further supporting on-chain capital markets#ETH
