Saudi Oil Supply Faces New Risk

A major pipeline outage in Saudi Arabia could put up to 4% of global oil supply at risk if disruptions continue.

Reuters reports that Yanbu’s export stocks may cover only around 5–7 days, adding pressure to an already sensitive oil market.

The key factor now is how quickly pipeline operations can resume.

Any prolonged disruption could have a significant impact on global energy prices.

4% of global supply may not sound like much, but once the market sentiment amplifier kicks in, oil prices can put on a vertical takeoff.
