The recent collective pullback in Meme coins is separating the tourists from the Smart Money.

Top-tier memes like MEME andPONS have retreated significantly from their recent highs. Retail traders are panicking and asking if the interest is finally fading. However, looking at the market structure, this is a classic and necessary market cleanse.

When hype outpaces liquidity, market makers force a correction to liquidate over-leveraged latecomers. This isn't the death of the meme sector; it's a healthy reset. The institutional and whale capital hasn't left the space; they are simply waiting for the right accumulation zones to form after the weak hands are flushed out.

Smart Money buys the blood, not the green candles.

👇 What is your strategy right now?
Are you aggressively buying the dip on MEME andPONS, or are you staying on the sidelines waiting for confirmation? Let's discuss in the comments!

Smart Money buys the blood, not the green—it's an old saying, but few can actually do it. I haven't made a move; I'll wait until the weekly candle closes and then assess the structure. Rushing in now could easily get me buried.

This pullback has really shaken things out hard. MEME and PONS have been hammered down from their highs, and I can practically hear retail investors capitulating. But smart money is indeed waiting. Watching the on-chain data, I’ve noticed several large wallets quietly accumulating recently instead, rather than engaging in an obvious pump. My strategy now is to test the waters with a small position and add if it breaks below the previous low. I’d rather miss out than get trapped halfway down.
