The true watershed for crypto may be just around the corner.

Senate Republicans have just released a new version of the Clarity Act, with a key vote coming next week.

If it passes, its significance may lie not in being “yet another crypto bill,” but in the fact that:

Crypto will finally begin to formally enter the U.S. financial regulatory system.

So, once the compliance process is in place, will it accelerate the crypto industry’s survival-of-the-fittest competition?

Survival of the fittest? Does that mean more projects are going to pull exit scams, haha?

Regulatory clarity is good for the industry; the only concern is that implementation could turn into another KYC hell.

If next week’s vote passes, institutional capital will enter much faster, but retail investors may face even fiercer competition.
