ZEC’s Major Pullback
ZEC suddenly fell more than 13%, which looks alarming, but if we zoom out to a longer time frame, this looks more like a sharp correction after an earlier surge than simply a “death candle.”
Previously, ZEC rose rapidly, driven by excitement around the privacy sector, capital inflows, and market sentiment. The more急 the rise, the more concentrated short-term positions become. Once large funds begin taking profits, momentum traders who see the price plunge will also quickly choose to lock in profits or cut losses, ultimately creating sustained selling pressure.
What is truly worth watching is whether new capital is willing to step in. If ZEC quickly stabilizes with declining volume after the sharp drop and reclaims important price levels, this decline may be merely a shakeout within the trend; conversely, if trading volume continues to expand while rebounds grow weaker, we should be alert to the trend shifting from strong to weak.
So for now, don’t focus only on the number “down 13%.” A sharp plunge is not scary; what is scary is having no one step in after the drop. For highly volatile assets, patience is sometimes more valuable than courage.#ZEC跌超13%
