Mars Finance reports that during the 2026 China Computing Power Conference, the first service catalog for inclusive computing power to empower the development of small and medium-sized enterprises was released. The catalog covers a multi-level inclusive computing power service matrix, including general-purpose computing power, intelligent computing power, large model services, and industry intelligent agent applications. It offers flexible payment models such as containerized leasing and pay-as-you-go billing, promoting the inclusive sharing of computing power resources. Representatives from the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, China Telecom, China Mobile, China Unicom, China Broadcasting Network, Alibaba Cloud, ZTE, Runze Technology, SenseTime, China Data Group, Wuwen Xinqiong, and other companies attended the launch ceremony. Note from Xiaocai: In April this year, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the Notice on Launching a Special Initiative to Empower the Development of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises Through Inclusive Computing Power, proposing that by the end of 2028, an inclusive computing power service system with broad coverage, low costs, high-quality services, a dynamic ecosystem, and a strong talent base will be basically established, covering at least 10 of the 15 industries to which the classification standards for small and medium-sized enterprises apply.
