‌/USDT chart and digging into recent news about Uniswap, here's the real picture of the market.

According to on-chain data, Uniswap has seen heavy activity recently. Robinhood Chain has added a massive amount of trading volume, which has driven UNI burn rates to record highs, exceeding $250 million annually. That means UNI's supply is shrinking, which is fundamentally a bullish catalyst.

However, there's one thing to keep in mind. There's a legal case where a company called Unicoin has filed a lawsuit against Uniswap Labs over the "UNI" trademark. While this could raise some concerns, the market doesn't seem to have been significantly affected by it yet.

On the chart, the price is showing signs of recovery. After touching a low of $5.808, it found support and is now trying to push back up. **MACD** shows DIF (-0.179) is below DEA (-0.123), but the histogram is starting to shrink, indicating seller momentum is fading. **EMA5 ($6.078)** and EMA10 ($6.161) are below the current price, showing the short-term trend is starting to turn bullish. Volume is moderate, but there's room for it to increase.

Since the price has dropped and is now attempting to recover, and considering the positive news about the burn rate, I think this is a good opportunity to Long.

Trading Plan: Long $UNI

· Entry: $6.15 - $6.20
· Stop Loss: $5.85
· TP1: $6.45
· TP2: $6.70
· TP3: $7.00

Do you think UNI will break $6.50 and head to $7, or will it fail and pull back? Let us know your thoughts!#GateTop4MainstreamCEX #SenateReleasesNewCLARITYAct

The Unicoin trademark lawsuit seems to have little impact; the market cares more about actual use cases and token burns.

Technically, EMA5/10 have already turned, the MACD histogram is contracting, and bearish momentum is waning

Robinhood Chain’s burn figures are indeed impressive, with $250 million burned annually—the deflationary narrative is gaining traction.
