Intel surges over 9% against the trend! Has the market finally given it another chance?
Intel’s rally this time has certainly stolen the spotlight. With the semiconductor sector not in a full-blown frenzy, the stock’s more than 9% one-day surge shows that investors are reassessing this once-dominant chip giant.
The market’s core focus is no longer just its traditional CPU business, but whether Intel can turn things around through manufacturing, advanced process technology, and demand for AI chips.
Over the past few years, Intel’s biggest pressures have been process advancement, its foundry business, and competition driven by the AI wave. If the market is now beginning to believe that its manufacturing business can rise again, there is naturally room for its valuation to recover.
But a 9% gain looks more like a concentrated release of sentiment and expectations than a sudden change in fundamentals within a single day.
So what truly matters next is whether the rally can continue and whether investors are willing to assign Intel a higher valuation.
If positive signals continue to emerge from subsequent orders, process advancements, and the foundry business, this rally could evolve from a “news-driven boost” into an “expectations reversal.”
For Intel to truly make a comeback, it still needs to let its performance do the talking.
After all, a stock price can tell the story first, but the financial statements ultimately have to turn in the homework.📈#英特尔逆势大涨超9%
