📊 SOL: I am looking for confirmation for a LONG, not just a nice entry point.
Solana is currently trading around $104–105 and approaching the important $105–107 resistance zone. This is where the further short-term movement will be decided for me: either buyers will be able to establish the price above resistance, or SOL will return to the lower part of the range. Therefore, I do not plan to open a position merely out of a desire to “not miss the move.”
🎯 My trading plan:
• Direction: LONG.
• Potential entry: 107–108 USDT after a confirmed breakout and consolidation.
• Stop Loss: 103 USDT.
• Take Profit 1: 112 USDT.
• Take Profit 2: 118 USDT.
• Main support: 100–103 USDT.
• Key resistance: 105–107 USDT.
🔎 What I want to see before entering:
• a confident breakout of the 105–107 zone;
• consolidation above the level, rather than a brief spike through it;
• increased volume during the upward move;
• no quick return below the broken resistance.
The risk in this scenario is clear to me: if SOL falls back below 103 USDT after the breakout, the LONG idea loses its strength. In that case, it is better to exit according to the plan and wait for a new structure than to convince myself that “it will recover in just a little while.”
📌 There is also an alternative scenario. If buyers fail to break through 105–107 and the price loses 100–103, I will not rush to buy the dip. First, I will wait for stabilization and a new signal. This is important to me because SOL is currently near a zone where one failed breakout can quickly change the short-term sentiment.
⚖️ With this plan, the potential risk to the first target remains controlled, while the profit-to-risk ratio to the second target becomes even more attractive. But the main thing is not the TP figure itself, but that the scenario has a clear invalidation point.
🚀 My conclusion: I favor a continuation of SOL’s recovery, but I will not buy simply because the chart looks positive. Confirmation first, then the position. In contracts, it is not the person who predicts every move who survives, but the one who controls risk when the forecast does not come true.
