Can SNDK Hold the Momentum and Challenge $1,800 Again?

SNDK is currently trading around $1,777, and today's price action is showing a market that remains highly active and capable of producing sharp short-term moves. With today's open at $1,751, a low of $1,728, and a high of $1,807, the session has already established a wide trading range. For a short-duration event contract, that range is extremely important because it tells us where buyers have defended price, where sellers have appeared, and where the next directional decision could develop.

My current bias is BULLISH, but I would not treat the bullish setup as an automatic signal. At this stage, price is already trading significantly above today's low and above the opening price. That means buyers have managed to recover strongly from the early weakness and push SNDK toward the upper part of today's range.

The key question now is whether buyers have enough strength to reclaim and sustain the $1,800–$1,807 zone, or whether the recent advance will attract short-term profit-taking.

Today's Price Structure

The first number I am watching is today's open at $1,751.

SNDK opened around $1,751 and subsequently traded as low as $1,728. From that low, the stock recovered strongly and moved all the way toward $1,807 before settling around the current $1,777 area.

This creates an important intraday structure.

The move from $1,728 to $1,807 represents a substantial recovery within the same session. More importantly, the current price remains above the opening level. That suggests that despite the volatility, buyers have maintained control over a large portion of the session's price range.

However, the rejection from $1,807 also deserves attention.

A new high followed by a pullback does not automatically mean the bullish trend is finished. It can simply mean that traders are taking profits near a psychological resistance area. What matters next is whether buyers step back in at higher levels or whether price begins making lower highs and lower lows.

The $1,800 Psychological Level

For the next few minutes, $1,800 is the most important psychological level on my chart.

SNDK already reached approximately $1,807 today, so the market has demonstrated that buyers can push above $1,800. The next challenge is whether they can hold that area rather than simply touch it and retreat.

If SNDK moves back above $1,800 and remains there with increasing volume, I would view that as an important bullish confirmation.

A sustained move through today's high near $1,807 would be even stronger.

That could signal that buyers are attempting another expansion of the intraday range.

On the other hand, repeated failures around $1,800–$1,807 could create a short-term exhaustion setup. If buyers cannot reclaim the area and sellers begin pushing price below nearby support, the probability of a deeper pullback increases.

Support Zones I Am Watching

The first support is around $1,765–$1,770.

This is important because SNDK is currently trading near $1,777. If the price experiences a small pullback but buyers defend this area, the bullish structure could remain intact.

The next important level is $1,751, today's opening price.

A return toward $1,751 would mean that much of today's recovery has been given back. For a bullish 5-minute event contract, I would become more cautious if SNDK loses this level with strong selling pressure.

Below that, today's low at $1,728 becomes the major intraday reference point.

The difference between a controlled pullback and a bearish reversal is critical here. A temporary dip toward support followed by a strong recovery would be very different from a decisive breakdown through support accompanied by expanding volume.

5-Minute Event Contract View

For the 5-minute direction, my current preference remains BULL.

But I would want confirmation rather than simply entering because the price is green.

The ideal bullish setup would be:

SNDK holds approximately $1,765–$1,770, buyers return, price moves back toward $1,790–$1,800, and volume begins increasing.

An even stronger signal would be a clean break above $1,800 followed by an attempt to reclaim $1,807.

That would show that the previous rejection did not significantly damage the bullish structure.

If the stock instead falls below $1,765 and selling accelerates, I would reduce bullish conviction and wait for the market to establish a new support level.

15-Minute Perspective

The 15-minute setup requires more patience.

Short-term traders can easily become trapped by a single large candle. A strong green candle does not guarantee continuation, just as a red candle does not automatically confirm a reversal.

For the 15-minute direction, I would focus on whether SNDK can continue producing higher lows while remaining above today's opening level.

The structure is more constructive while price remains above $1,751.

If buyers successfully defend that level and then push through $1,800, the broader short-term momentum could remain favorable.

However, if SNDK starts closing multiple short-term candles below $1,751, the bullish thesis becomes weaker.

Volume Is the Confirmation

Price tells us what happened.

Volume helps us understand how much participation supported that move.

If SNDK approaches $1,800 with strong volume, that would make the breakout more convincing. A move above $1,800 with weak participation would deserve more caution because it could represent a temporary liquidity push rather than sustainable momentum.

For an event contract lasting only a few minutes, this distinction is extremely important.

A trader does not have much time to wait for a weak breakout to prove itself.

That is why I would rather see price and volume confirm each other than predict the next candle purely from momentum.

Bullish Scenario

My preferred scenario is straightforward.

SNDK remains above $1,765–$1,770, buyers regain momentum, and price moves toward $1,800.

If $1,800 breaks with strong participation, the next immediate challenge becomes today's high at approximately $1,807.

A clean break above $1,807 could open the door toward the next psychological zones above the current high, although short-duration contracts should still be treated carefully because reversals can happen extremely quickly.

Bearish Reversal Scenario

The bearish scenario begins if buyers fail to defend the nearby support structure.

A break below $1,765 would be the first warning.

A deeper move through today's open at $1,751 would be more significant.

If selling pressure then accelerates toward $1,728, today's low becomes the key downside reference.

A decisive breakdown through $1,728 would completely change the intraday structure and suggest that the earlier recovery has been rejected.

That would be the point where I would no longer rely on the bullish thesis.

My Event-Contract Plan

Current Price: $1,777
Today's Open: $1,751
Today's High: $1,807
Today's Low: $1,728

Immediate Support: $1,765–$1,770
Major Support: $1,751
Major Breakdown Level: $1,728

First Resistance: $1,790–$1,800
Major Resistance: $1,800–$1,807

5-Minute Bias: BULL
15-Minute Bias: BULLISH, confirmation required

Bull Confirmation: Reclaim $1,800 with strong volume
Breakout Confirmation: Sustained move above $1,807
Risk Signal: Loss of $1,751
Major Bearish Signal: Breakdown below $1,728

Final View

SNDK's current setup is interesting because the stock is not simply moving higher from the open. It has already experienced a significant intraday battle between buyers and sellers, falling toward $1,728, recovering through the $1,751 open, and reaching approximately $1,807.

Now, with SNDK around $1,777, the market is sitting between support and resistance, making confirmation more important than prediction.

My preference remains BULL for the next 5-minute event contract, provided SNDK can maintain the higher-price structure and buyers continue defending the $1,765–$1,770 area.

The strongest confirmation would come from a renewed push toward $1,800 followed by a break above today's $1,807 high with increasing volume.

At the same time, I would respect the downside signals. Losing $1,751 would weaken the setup, while a decisive break below $1,728 would indicate that the bullish structure has failed.

The most important lesson for a short-duration event contract is simple:

Don't chase the candle. Watch the level, watch the volume, and let the market confirm the direction.

For now, the price structure gives buyers the advantage, but confirmation around $1,800–$1,807 will determine whether SNDK can extend today's momentum or begin another reversal.

My Opinion: BULL — SNDK has a stronger short-term bullish setup while price holds above $1,751, with $1,800–$1,807 acting as the key breakout zone.
