#PONSDropsOver15% PONS has dropped over 15 percent in the past 24 hours, trading near 0.75 dollars after briefly challenging levels close to 0.97 dollars just days earlier. Market capitalization slipped from nearly 1 billion dollars back toward the 500 to 600 million dollar range while daily volume stayed elevated above 150 million dollars. This pullback follows an extraordinary run that saw the token climb more than 20,000 percent from its July low near 0.0038 dollars.

The move looks like classic profit-taking after extreme overbought conditions. From early September the price advanced roughly 40 to 50 percent in a matter of days, pushing relative strength indicators deep into overheated territory. Such vertical gains almost always invite corrections of 15 to 25 percent before the next leg. On the positive side, protocol fee generation remains robust and the buyback-and-burn mechanism continues to reduce circulating supply, already eliminating close to 29 percent of the original 1 billion tokens.

Gate has expanded support for PONS across spot, perpetual futures with up to 20 times leverage, margin, convert, and auto-invest features. These tools give traders more flexibility to manage positions during volatility. In my view the current decline is healthier than a collapse driven by broken fundamentals. As long as launchpad activity on Robinhood Chain stays strong and the fee-to-burn loop keeps working, deeper dips may attract renewed interest rather than signal the end of the trend. Always size positions carefully given the still-high volatility.#GateEventContractTradeSharingChallenge
