ByteDance Plans to Launch a Real-Time Spatial Video Generation AI Model

Mars Finance reported that, according to Bloomberg, ByteDance is preparing to launch an artificial intelligence model for real-time spatial video generation, with applications spanning areas such as robotics and autonomous systems, and will compete with companies including Meta and Alphabet. People familiar with the matter said that ByteDance founder Zhang Yiming is personally overseeing the model’s development, coordinating multiple business units within the company, and providing AI resources and computing support. The model could be released as early as next month, but the specific timing remains subject to change.
