Judge Rules Trump Administration Illegally Retaliated Against Anthropic



A U.S. federal judge has ruled that the Trump administration’s actions against Anthropic were unlawful retaliation over the AI company’s safety restrictions. Judge Rita Lin vacated the supply-chain risk designation and issued a permanent injunction, rejecting the government’s attempt to keep the measures in place.
