Mars Finance News: The Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and the Shenzhen Municipal Science and Technology Innovation Bureau recently issued the “Shenzhen Action Plan for Promoting the High-Quality Development of the Intelligent Robot Industry (2026–2028).” The plan calls for prioritizing breakthroughs in core technologies for intelligent robots. Key technologies in areas including the autonomous ecosystem toolchain for embodied intelligence, embodied intelligence models, humanoid robot bodies, and the localization of core components will be tackled, strengthening technological accumulation. Relying on institutions such as the Shenzhen Leading Edge-End Open Intelligence Research Institute, breakthroughs will be achieved in areas including embodied intelligence motion control technology and embodied intelligence motion generation technology. The plan also calls for establishing joint robot funds and joint artificial intelligence funds to support cutting-edge basic research in robotics and artificial intelligence and enhance original innovation capabilities.
