‌Just made a mistake. Today's overall strategy was fine, but I acted too hastily. The market will inevitably be volatile for a while whenever it officially opens, so don't try to infer the direction within too short a period; wait until the volatility ends before reassessing. If the trend does not match your judgment, strictly require yourself to close positions only after 10:00. Before then, it may all just be volatility, so set your stop-loss and don't touch it. The same mistake is not allowed tomorrow.

Once you’ve set a stop-loss, stop watching the charts—the more you mess with it, the more mistakes you make. Bro, this self-reflection is spot-on; follow it strictly tomorrow.

I get this DELL volatility—right after the open, I couldn't resist clicking a few times, but now I've learned my lesson: I make a cup of coffee first and wait half an hour.

It’s easy to get carried away during the first few minutes after the market opens. The rule to close positions after 10:00 is a good one—discipline matters more than getting the direction right.

After missing the ideal entry point, chasing is no longer allowed. There will be plenty of opportunities; chasing a trade will have a major impact on discipline, especially your mindset, and you may not be in the right state to trade for the rest of today. If you make this kind of mistake, you are not allowed to trade this ticker again today.

The volatile opening period is a graveyard for beginners, and even veterans can get wrecked. Your 10 rules could go straight into a trading manual.
