Hi everyone, U.S. stocks finally recovered somewhat today. Over the past two days, tech stocks came under significant pressure due to oil prices, Treasury yields, and rate-hike expectations. However, after the market opened on 9/2, funds began flowing back in, and all three major indexes are gradually returning to positive territory. Market sentiment is considerably more stable than yesterday.🔥

Individual stocks are showing very clear divergence today, and there are several names I think are worth watching closely.👇

🚀 $NVDA up around 4%, as AI funds flow back in
🚀$DELL up 5–7%, with AI Server demand surging; the company raised its full-year revenue and earnings outlook, while quarterly revenue reached a record high of $47 billion
🚀 GTLB up around 13%, with both revenue and earnings beating expectations

What I think is truly worth watching today is not the rise or fall of any single stock, but rather that the pressure from Treasury yields and oil prices that weighed on tech stocks over the past few days has temporarily eased. Combined with the return of AI funds, this has allowed related names such as NVDA and DELL to rebound first.🔥

However, the reaction from some earnings-related stocks today also shows that the market now has extremely high expectations for revenue, earnings, and future guidance. Even if the earnings report itself is not bad, the stock price can still be slashed directly if the results do not clearly exceed expectations.

Going forward, I will be watching AVGO’s earnings, U.S. employment data, and next week’s CPI more closely. These events will directly affect the market’s expectations for the Fed’s rate path and could also determine whether this rebound in AI and semiconductors can continue. I’ll continue monitoring and adjusting my positions.👀#美伊局势恶化原油大涨5.7%
NVDA3.43%
DELL8.59%

If AVGO’s earnings miss, the entire semiconductor sector will have to tremble along with it.

How long this wave of inflows into NVDA can last will still depend on the CPI.

These days, earnings reports need to do more than beat expectations—they need to beat them by a wide margin; the market has been spoiled.

After the double whammy from oil prices and U.S. Treasuries just eased, tech stocks rebounded this sharply—the market positioning is actually quite clean.

AI funds are flowing back, but stock selection is extremely concentrated: NVDA and DELL are up, while the rest are still languishing.

Employment data is due this week, and whether the soft-landing narrative can continue will be crucial.

It’s safer to wait until after the CPI to adjust positions; chasing the rebound now could easily be proven wrong by the data.
