Upwind Security Completes $300 Million Financing, Reaching a Valuation of $3.8 Billion

Mars Finance reports that, according to Bloomberg, AI and cloud security startup Upwind Security has completed a new $300 million funding round led by Bessemer Venture Partners, with some existing investors participating, bringing its post-money valuation to $3.8 billion. Headquartered in San Francisco, Upwind Security primarily provides cybersecurity services for AI applications and cloud applications. The new funds will be used to expand the AI security capabilities of its core cloud security platform, with the aim of better serving developers.
