Before focusing on short-term movements, I like to understand the broader market structure.

Is the market trending upward?
Is it trending downward?
Or is price moving inside a range?

Understanding the larger direction can provide valuable context for shorter timeframes.

2️⃣ Mark Important Levels 📍

Support and resistance can help identify areas where price has previously reacted.

Instead of chasing every candle, I prefer to watch how price behaves around important levels.

A strong reaction can provide useful information.

3️⃣ Study Momentum ⚡

Price movement alone does not tell the entire story.

Momentum can help show whether buyers or sellers are becoming more active.

When price, momentum, and volume support the same direction, the setup becomes more interesting to study.

4️⃣ Have a Clear Plan 🎯

Before entering any trade, I believe it is important to know what the plan is.
