XRP Technical Outlook: XRP Retests $1.35 After Breaking Out of a Long-Term Downtrend

XRP is currently trading around $1.35, holding well above its recent accumulation range after a strong breakout from the prolonged descending structure. The move reclaimed the $1.30–$1.35 area, but price is now facing an important resistance cluster around the $1.3512–$1.3654 zone.

The broader structure is improving, although XRP needs to reclaim higher resistance levels to confirm a sustained bullish continuation.

📈 EMA Structure

20 EMA: $1.3088

50 EMA: $1.2167

100 EMA: $1.2160

200 EMA: $1.3512

Price is currently above the 20 EMA, 50 EMA and 100 EMA, showing a clear improvement in short- and medium-term momentum.

However, the 200 EMA at $1.3512 is acting as an immediate decision point. A sustained move above this level would strengthen the bullish structure and potentially confirm a larger trend reversal.

📐 Fibonacci Levels

Key Fibonacci levels:

0.236: $1.5656

0.382: $1.9123

0.500: $2.1926

0.618: $2.4728

0.786: $2.8718

1.000: $3.3800

The $1.5656 (0.236 Fib) level is the next major higher-timeframe target once XRP establishes itself above the current resistance cluster.

🟢 Bullish Scenario

XRP needs to hold above $1.3512–$1.3573 and break through $1.3654.

A confirmed breakout above $1.3761 would open the door toward:

🎯 $1.4104 → $1.4273 → $1.4439

If buyers successfully clear $1.4439, momentum could accelerate toward $1.4754–$1.4806, followed by the major $1.5290–$1.5656 zone.

A clean breakout and daily acceptance above $1.5656 would significantly strengthen the larger bullish reversal structure.

🔴 Pullback Scenario

After the sharp recovery, a retest of the breakout area would be healthy.

Important supports:

$1.3512

$1.3088

$1.2422

$1.2167–$1.2160

Holding $1.3512–$1.3088 would keep the bullish recovery structure intact.

A loss of $1.3088 would weaken short-term momentum and could send XRP back toward the $1.2422–$1.2160 demand zone.

🧠 Market Structure & Liquidity

XRP spent several months forming a broad accumulation range while remaining inside a long-term descending trend.

The recent move appears to have swept sell-side liquidity below the range and aggressively reversed higher, reclaiming several important horizontal levels.

Now, liquidity is likely concentrated above $1.3573–$1.3761. A sustained breakout through this area could trigger additional short covering and continuation buying.

The key question is whether the current move becomes a genuine trend reversal or simply another rejection from the higher-timeframe resistance.

📊 RSI Momentum

RSI is around 58.70, showing positive momentum without being deeply overbought.

This leaves room for further upside if XRP can maintain its current structure and push through the $1.36–$1.38 resistance region.

🎯 Key Levels

Resistance:
$1.3512 → $1.3573 → $1.3654 → $1.3761 → $1.4104 → $1.4273 → $1.4439 → $1.4806 → $1.5290 → $1.5656

Support:
$1.3507 → $1.3088 → $1.2422 → $1.2167 → $1.2160

📌 Final Outlook

XRP has significantly improved its technical structure after breaking out of the long-term descending trend and reclaiming the $1.30+ region. The immediate battle is now around the $1.3512–$1.3761 resistance zone.

Bullish above $1.3512–$1.3573 → breakout above $1.3761 targets $1.4104 → $1.4439 → $1.4806–$1.5656.

A sustained loss of $1.3088 would invalidate the near-term bullish momentum and increase the probability of a deeper pullback.

XRP is currently around $1.35 in market data, with recent weakness visible across the broader crypto market.
