Robinhood received an upgrade from Morgan Stanley to Overweight, with the price target raised to $150 from $124. The firm highlighted stronger monetization across Robinhood’s existing 28 million users, including prediction markets that generated $156 million in Q2 revenue.
The call follows record quarterly results, with net revenue of $1.31 billion and GAAP EPS of $0.62. Transaction revenue rose 44%, driven by options and equities activity. Retail sentiment remains tilted toward Robinhood versus SoFi, though the stock can still move independently of the upgrade. DYOR.
