#StrategyAdds4603BTC Strategy Adds 4,603 BTC
Strategy has resumed its aggressive Bitcoin accumulation, purchasing 4,603 BTC for approximately $369.7 million between August 24 and August 30, 2026. The company paid an average of about $80,318 per Bitcoin, marking its first reported Bitcoin purchase since June.
Following the acquisition, Strategy’s total Bitcoin holdings increased to 845,050 BTC, with an aggregate purchase cost of roughly $63.73 billion and an average acquisition price near $75,412 per BTC.
The purchase was funded partly through proceeds from Strategy’s equity sales, reinforcing Michael Saylor’s long-standing Bitcoin-focused treasury strategy. The company also repurchased approximately $152 million of STRC preferred shares and increased its USD cash position by around $29 million.
The move signals renewed institutional confidence in Bitcoin while increasing Strategy’s exposure to BTC price movements. With more than 845,000 BTC, Strategy remains one of the largest corporate Bitcoin holders.
