$ZEN ‌ 1H 📊

ZEN has clearly lost its short-term bullish structure here. After rejecting $5.855, the price kept printing lower highs and has now slipped below the $5.40 support area.

The Supertrend is also red at $5.674, so for now I’d favor a short setup rather than trying to catch the drop.

Short Setup

Entry: $5.40–$5.48

SL: $5.62

TP1: $5.23

TP2: $5.10

TP3: $4.95

What I’m watching 👀

The key zone is $5.40–$5.48. If ZEN retests this broken support and gets rejected, that would give a much cleaner short entry.

The first downside level is $5.23, followed by the previous swing low around $5.10. If the selling pressure continues, $4.95 becomes the next area to watch.

For the bearish setup to weaken, ZEN would need to reclaim $5.55+, with the bigger invalidation around the $5.67 Supertrend.

Clean play: don’t chase the red candles. Let ZEN retest the broken $5.40 area, watch for rejection, then take the setup.

Right now the chart is bearish short term, and the retest is the part I’d be most interested in.

The key is whether 5.55 can reclaim that level; if not, bears will continue to dominate.

This setup is quite clear, and the 5.62 stop-loss is reasonable. The risk-reward ratio is worth considering.

Don’t rush to enter; wait for a confirmed retest. There are too many fake breakouts designed to trap traders.

ZEN's trend shows a typical breakdown of a bullish structure, with successively lower highs and lower lows—a classic descending channel.

Supertrend is at 5.674, basically coinciding with the invalidation level mentioned by the author. If this level breaks, the situation needs to be reassessed.
