$NVDA — my current analysis is cautiously bullish.
NVIDIA just reported $96.2B quarterly revenue, up 106% YoY, with Data Center revenue at $89.0B, up 117% YoY. It also guided for about $108B next-quarter revenue, while management expects very strong growth into FY2028.
My NVDA view
Bullish case: The fundamental momentum remains exceptionally strong. AI infrastructure demand is still expanding, and NVIDIA's Data Center business is the main engine. The company also announced a $3.5B MediaTek investment, strengthening its broader AI-chip ecosystem.
Key resistance: Around $228–$230 is an important area to watch based on recent technical commentary. A convincing breakout above that zone with strong volume could open the door toward $240–$250, representing roughly 4%–9% upside from $228.
Bullish extension: If momentum remains strong and the stock clears $250, the $260–$275 zone becomes a reasonable next area to monitor — roughly 14%–21% above $228.
Bearish scenario: If NVDA fails to hold the $220 area and selling pressure increases, a pullback toward $210–$215 would not be surprising. From $228, that's approximately a 6%–8% decline.
The biggest risk is not weak NVIDIA fundamentals; it is expectations. The company is growing extremely fast, but investors are already pricing in substantial AI growth. Supply constraints, margin pressure, China/export restrictions and concerns about excessive AI spending could create volatility. NVIDIA expects gross margins to bottom around 71%–72% in Q4, so margins deserve attention.
My personal conclusion: NVDA remains fundamentally bullish, but I would want price confirmation rather than chasing a breakout. Above $230 with volume would strengthen my bullish view; below $220 would make me considerably more cautious.
My prediction: Bullish bias, with $250 as the first major upside target and $210–$220 as the key downside risk zone.
