I’m watching $BTC for a selling setup here.

BTC bounced hard from the $77.7K area, but now price is running back into the $78.6K–$78.8K resistance zone where sellers showed up earlier.

The bounce is strong, so I wouldn’t short blindly. I’d rather see BTC struggle here and give a clear rejection first.

Entry: $78,600–$78,800

Targets:
TP1: $78,300
TP2: $78,100
TP3: $77,700

SL: Above $78,950

For me, $78.8K is the key level. As long as BTC stays below that area, a pullback still makes sense. If buyers reclaim $78.8K–$79K cleanly, I’d drop the short idea and reassess.

That 77,700 low has been tested twice; it’s hard to say whether it can hold a third time.

The short-term short thesis is fine, but the risk of chasing shorts after a strong rebound is always there.

Wait for the price to consolidate in this range for a while; entering after volume dries up will be more stable.

Placing the SL at 78950 is a bit aggressive; personally, I would place it slightly above 79K.

If the bulls take out 79K directly, the bearish narrative will be temporarily dead.
