The crypto world has changed.

In August, Ethereum spot ETFs saw $3.87 billion in net inflows, while Bitcoin ETFs saw $750 million in net outflows. For the first time in history, ETH ETFs outperformed BTC ETFs in a single month.

On August 27, ETH ETFs recorded $226 million in inflows in a single day, bringing cumulative inflows over 9 consecutive days to $1.42 billion.

Why?

Once the GENIUS Act passed, U.S. banks could legally issue stablecoins. Wall Street’s first reaction was: Which chain will stablecoins run on? Ethereum.

Now, 34.4% of all ETH is locked in staking, moving farther and farther away from exchanges.

This wave of institutional activity is an unmistakable shift.
ETH-2.49%
BTC-2.99%

Consolidating at elevated levels. Next, we still need to see where the pullback will find support. If the resistance level above cannot be broken, we can still consider trying to short.
