But the Next Move Matters More Than the Last One

HYPE is no longer just a narrative-driven crypto asset. Hyperliquid has built meaningful derivatives activity, growing ecosystem utility, and a token model that connects protocol activity with HYPE buybacks and burns.

That is why the recent rally deserves attention.

HYPE recently pushed toward the $86 area before pulling back, putting the market firmly into price-discovery territory. But after such a strong move, the key question is no longer whether HYPE can make another ATH.

The real question is: Can buyers defend the breakout?

The $77–$78 area is an important short-term zone to watch. Holding above it would keep the bullish structure intact and could open the door toward $90 and eventually the psychologically important $100 level.

But there is a major risk.

A significant HYPE token unlock is adding potential supply to the market. If profit-taking increases around the unlock, volatility could rise quickly. A breakdown below key support would therefore suggest that the market needs more time to consolidate.

The fundamental picture remains interesting: strong trading activity, expanding Hyperliquid utility, buyback/burn mechanics and growing market attention all support the long-term narrative.

But fundamentals do not eliminate volatility.

Bullish scenario: HYPE holds $77–$78 → reclaims the recent high → momentum toward $90 → potential $100 test.

Bearish scenario: HYPE loses $77 → profit-taking accelerates → deeper consolidation before another breakout attempt.

For me, the most important signal is not another ATH headline.

It is whether HYPE can absorb new supply and still attract buyers.

If it can, this rally may be about much more than hype.

If it cannot, the market may need to reset before the next major move.

Watch the price. Watch the volume. Watch the supply.
