Low short positioning does indeed indicate that bearish chips aren’t substantial, but for the bulls to push prices higher, they still need to see how fresh capital flows in. Relying solely on shakeouts won’t really solve anything. That said, I previously put together some thoughts specifically on capital flows, and I’d be happy to discuss them with you.
