“Nvidia lands, semiconductors plunge: Where did the money go?”

📊Thursday evening session, 8.27
The answer: It moved into crypto.
🟠Bitcoin 79,920|Near 80k, gearing up for another attack. Holding above 80k targets 82,000; below 78,000 warrants caution.
🟣SOL 106|New high, +4%, standing out. 104 is the new support; next levels are 108 and 114.
🔵Ether 2,507|Reclaimed 2,500, targeting 2,544 and 2,566; 2,470 is the floor.
🟡Gold 4,587|Taking a breather at highs; 4,550 must hold.
📉Semiconductors collectively “sold the news”: MU -4.8%, SNDK -4.2%, SK hynix -3.1%. A pullback after positive news is catching its breath, not running out of air.
💡Last night I said “watching the show is worth more than betting,” and I was right again today. Hot money’s temperament: It moves wherever prices aren’t rising. We’ll just sit where it’s headed.
#BTC $BTC #SOL $ETH
NVDA0.63%
MU1.09%
SNDK-1.75%
SOL-1.90%
BTC0.21%

Hot money pulling out of U.S. semiconductor stocks does need somewhere to go. BTC nearing $80k is a pretty crucial level, and SOL has been steadier than the majors after breaking above $104. But the saying “move wherever prices aren’t rising” really gets to the heart of it—capital is always looking for undervalued areas. By the way, I saw you had written some similar observations on your profile, so I just went to take a look, and they really resonated with me.
