Starting with 100U, a 100-trade plan, aiming to earn 10% each time

I’m still on the ninth trade

I opened a short position last night, but ended up losing money, putting today’s ninth-trade profit at risk. At the lowest point, I was down to 211U. I opened another short during the recent surge and got stopped out, then opened a short at 2550. This time, as soon as I saw that I had recovered my losses and made a small profit, I quickly exited. It was a very close call

Bro, your 100-trade plan nearly gave back all its profits by just the ninth trade. You really need to set tighter stop-losses from here on out, or one major drawdown could wipe you out completely.

I looked over what you went through—the low of 211U before pulling back must have put a lot of psychological pressure on you. Being able to hold without opening trades impulsively is already progress.

Making 10% each time sounds simple, but in practice, a consistent win rate is what matters. The stop-loss on your short position this time shows that you still need to work on your market sense and discipline.

Since the plan is for 100 attempts, don’t fixate on the profit or loss of a single attempt. If the profit from the ninth attempt is gone, so be it—there are still 91 opportunities ahead. Keeping a steady mindset is more important than anything else.

The 2550 hand was played decisively enough; if you get greedy, you’ll probably end up on another roller coaster. In fact, breaking even or making a small profit is already a win.
